'Guitare en France'
19-26 July – 2025
‘Guitare en France’ (formerly held in Ligoure) takes place in the Château de Celon (XVe siecle), near Argenton-sur-Creuse, a picturesque town named 'la Venise du Berry'. A gem of a venue in a peaceful environment surrounded by silence, make it an ideal place for an intensive yet convivial course.
Our mission is to provide an all-round guitar experience to a limited number of guitarists of all levels (Grade 5 and above) and to foster artistic growth and creativity in a non competitive environment.
The 2025 team of internationally renowned teachers/ performers will share their experience, guide, and inspire you by giving individual tuition classes, orchestral and ensemble workshops, workshops on technique, lectures, and concerts. By offering special attention to the needs of each participant the team will make your week one of your most rewarding musical experiences.
I have had the pleasure of creating and directing the course/fest ‘Guitare en France’ since 2007.
